AuditAutomationAIIntegrationPlatforms

Five areas of work, from an independent audit to platforms that stay in production. Each one starts by measuring what already exists, not by assuming what it should do.

Book an audit

Audit before automation.

We don't automate a process no one has measured.

Architecture before agents.

An agent on top of a broken domain model just fails faster.

Evidence before promises.

Time saved per process, measured against your own data.

What we do

We work across five areas: an audit, AI process automation, AI solutions built on your own data, systems integration and modernization, and web platforms for customers, partners, and internal teams. Every engagement starts with the audit, since it tells us what the other four should actually prioritize and in what order.

  1. A

    Audit

An independent audit of the systems you actually run and the processes built around them, so we catch the expensive-to-undo problems while they're still cheap to fix.

    • A.1 Current-state assessment of business processes and data flows across every department
    • A.2 Inventory of the systems you actually run today (ERP, CRM, and everything wired around them): what is connected, what is held together by manual workarounds, and what is quietly costing you
    • A.3 Review of your existing domain model, service boundaries, and API contracts against how the business actually runs today
    • A.4 Gap analysis on non-functional requirements: performance/load, uptime, audit trails, disaster recovery
    • A.5 A prioritized roadmap and risk assessment for closing the gaps, scoped to what your team can actually absorb
  2. B

    AI process automation

The repetitive back-office steps someone does manually today, automated, with a person kept in the loop on the sensitive points.

    • B.1 Automatic sorting and response drafting for inbound messages and email
    • B.2 Data extraction from invoices, contracts, and orders
    • B.3 Orchestrating steps across your existing apps with no manual retyping between systems
    • B.4 Human-in-the-loop control retained on sensitive or high-risk steps
    • B.5 Time saved measured per process, before and after, so the impact is provable, not assumed
  3. C

    AI solutions

Agents, LLM and RAG, forecasting, and document AI applied to your own data, with measured accuracy instead of vendor promises.

    • C.1 AI agents for sales, support, and internal process automation
    • C.2 RAG built over your knowledge base, documents, and product catalog
    • C.3 Demand, inventory, and churn forecasting driven by your historical data
    • C.4 Document processing: classification, field extraction, and validation
    • C.5 Model evaluation, guardrails, and accuracy monitoring once it's live in production
  4. D

    Systems integration and modernization

An integration layer that connects what you're already running today, while clearing a path to retire what's holding the business back.

    • D.1 A unified API/middleware layer connecting the systems you already run into one coherent ecosystem
    • D.2 Native integrations with payment gateways, courier/logistics providers, and marketplace platforms
    • D.3 Zero-downtime legacy modernization: phased cutover instead of a risky big-bang migration
    • D.4 Hybrid real-time (event-driven) and batch data synchronization, matched to what each use case actually needs, not everything forced into real-time
  5. E

    Web platforms (external and internal)

Every audience gets its own front door, customers, partners, internal teams, all built on one shared foundation underneath.

    • E.1 Dedicated portals for customers, partners, and internal use, each shaped around what that audience actually needs to do
    • E.2 A shared design system and component library so every portal looks and behaves consistently instead of being rebuilt from scratch per team
    • E.3 Multi-language and multi-currency support built in from the start, so expanding into a new market does not mean retrofitting the platform

FAQ

Notes 01 / Before you reach out
How long does an audit take?
For a mid-sized business, two to four weeks. The first week goes to talking with the people doing the work and reading the code and data. The rest goes to findings and a prioritized plan. You get a written report and one workshop where we walk through it together, not a slide deck with no detail.
Do you work with legacy ERP systems?
Yes, and it is the common case. We rarely find a clean setup. The approach is an integration layer in front of the existing system, then a phased retirement using the strangler-fig pattern. The ERP stays live while functions move over one at a time, so there is no big-bang migration and no downtime.
How do you measure the impact of automation?
Before we build anything, we measure how long the process takes today and how many people touch it. After launch, we measure the same thing on the same process. The difference is the result. If there is not one, we tell you. The same principle applies to model accuracy, tracked in production, not just at test time.
