Products

Five products that cover how your business talks, listens, gets booked, and hands work off, built to work together on one operating layer instead of as separate disconnected bots.

What we build

Each product below does one job well: answering a call, sorting an inbox, getting a booking on the calendar, handing a conversation to a person. AIOS is the operating layer underneath all five, holding the context, systems, and procedures each one needs to actually be useful together, not just installed side by side.

  1. A

    AIOS - AI operating system

The operating layer underneath every assistant, agent, and bot we build for you: your business context, the systems it can touch, and a running record of what has already been decided.

  2. B

    Voice assistant

Answers inbound calls in a natural voice, understands intent, and calls your APIs and external tools in real time to check a status, book a slot, or amend an order. Works over your existing phone number or embeds directly into your B2B or B2C site.

  3. C

    Chat assistant

Handles written communication in your tone and script, answers frequent questions, and resolves routine requests across your external and internal channels automatically.

  4. D

    Email assistant

Handles incoming email sorting and classification, applies your business rules to route or prioritize it, then drafts the response in your tone and with your knowledge base behind it.

  5. E

    Ritmo - scheduling and booking

A branded booking page your leads use to pick a time themselves, checked live against your Google Calendar, converted to their time zone automatically, and confirmed by email with zero back-and-forth.

FAQ

Notes 01 / Before you reach out
Do I need all five products, or can I start with one?
Start with one. Most engagements begin with the single assistant tied to your highest-volume channel, usually voice or email, running on AIOS from day one so the context and integrations it builds are ready to extend the moment a second product gets added.
Can these work with our existing CRM?
Yes. Each assistant calls your existing systems through your APIs rather than replacing them, so a voice or chat assistant reads and writes to the CRM, ERP, or ticketing system you already run. Where an API does not exist yet, that gap gets scoped as part of Systems Integration, not left as a manual step.
How is a voice or chat assistant deployed?
Voice runs over your existing phone number or embeds directly into your site. Chat embeds into your site or connects to the messaging channels you already use. Both start from a scoped pilot on one workflow, measured against the volume and outcomes it actually handles, before wider rollout.
