The site akiaconsulting.com is operated by Akia Consulting, with its seat at Bulevar Umetnosti 27, 11070 Belgrade, PIB 107643379. In these terms "we", "us", and "Akia Consulting" refer to that company, and "you" to a visitor using the site.

The terms apply to the whole site and all content on it, in both languages. We may amend the terms from time to time; the amended version takes effect once published on this page, with the date of the last change shown at the top.

The descriptions of products, services, and capabilities on the site are published for information and give a general picture of what we do. They are not a binding offer in the legal sense and create no contractual obligation until one is separately agreed in writing. We aim to keep the information accurate and current, but may change or supplement it without prior notice.

The prices of our products and services are determined on request, according to the scope and requirements of the specific engagement. We do not publish price lists on the site, because solutions are tailored to each client. The terms of each engagement are set out in a separate contract or quote, which prevail over any description on the site.

Product names, logos, and other marks of Akia Consulting are our designations.
